At Replicraft, we strive to deliver premium home décor, office décor, and luxury replica products crafted with care and attention to detail. Every product is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.





Return / Replacement Eligibility



We offer a 7-day replacement or refund policy from the date of delivery, applicable only under the following conditions:


  • The product is received damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product has been delivered



To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.





Proof of Issue



Customers are required to share clear photos or a video of the product along with the original packaging.

Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.





Replacement Policy



  • Approved cases will be eligible for a free replacement
  • Replacements are dispatched within 5–7 business days
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable



Replacements are subject to product availability.





Refund Policy



Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible or upon special approval.


  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer






Non-Returnable Items



We do not accept returns or refunds for:


  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in color, finish, or texture (hand-crafted products)
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • Used or altered products
  • Products returned without original packaging






Packaging Condition



Returned products must be:


  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original box, labels, and protective packaging



Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.





Shipping & Reverse Pickup



  • Reverse pickup will be arranged for approved cases
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Replicraft only for approved cases






Delivery Timeline



  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
